Yin yoga is an ideal practice for reawakening ourselves and focusing on the new beginnings offered by this season. We will sew the seeds of plans and dreams with a focus on the stars and a long, juicy yin practice to get energy moving.
Props needed:
- a yoga mat
- yin yoga props (2 blocks, 2 or more blankets, or any t-home prop alternatives)
- a journal for writing
- an intention for spring
- essential oils: either lemon, rosemary or clary sage to support your practice.
